• Une tente de camping si vous campez…
• Un sac de couchage ou un drap et une couverture.
• Un tapis de sol.
• Un coussin de méditation.
• Uniquement des tenues entièrement blanches, amples, souples en matière naturelle. Ne sont pas autorisés : les jeans, les pantalons de ville, les jogging, les hauts décolletés, les tenues transparentes…
• Seuls les espèces et les chèques sont acceptés pour les différent règlements sur place.

► ARRIVÉES
L’Initiation débute à 21h00, mais pour des raisons d’intendance il est important d’arriver entre 18h00 et 19h00, au plus tard 20h00.
► DÉPARTS
Les départs se font le dernier jour de l’initiation en général vers 18h00. Mais vous pouvez repartir le lendemain matin sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
► TRAIN
La gare la plus proche est celle de Caussade (CP 82300). Pour que l’on vienne vous récupérer à la gare de Caussade vous devez contacter Christophe au +33 (0)7 77 07 96 14 au minimum 48h avant votre arrivée.
► IMPORTANT
La consommation d’alcool, de tabac et d’aliments d’origine animale sont strictement interdits sur le lieu.

► ARRIVALS

► DEPARTURE

Die Einweihung beginnt um 21:00 Uhr, aber aus logistischen Gründen ist es wichtig zwischen 18:00 und 19:00 Uhr anzukommen, spätestens um 20:00 Uhr.
► ABREISE
Abreisen finden am letzten Tag der Einweihung, im allgemeinen gegen 18:00 Uhr statt. Aber Sie können auch am darauffolgenden Morgen abreisen, ganz ohne zusätzliche Kosten.
► ZUG
Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich in Caussade (CP 82300). Damit man Sie am Bahnhof in Caussade abholt, bitte Christophe kontaktieren unter : 0033 (0)7 77 07 96 14, mindestens 48 Stunden vor Ihrer Ankunft.
► WICHTIG
Der Konsum von Alkohol, Tabak und tierischen Produkten ist an diesem Ort untersagt.
